Adamya lied on the southern region of Encantadia. Adamya was a very fertile land covered by vast plantations and farmlands. The rivers that flowed from the mountains into Adamya, gave this region ample of water and making the soil fertile to nourish the plants and trees. There was beautiful seashore covered with white sand along the coast of Adamya. The denizens of Adamya went out to the sea to fish for food.

Aegen was the ruler of Adamya and the denizens of Adamya were known to be small and timid race. Adamyans were friendly by nature and they were either skillful farmers or fishermen. As this region was the main provider of food to the denizens of Encantadia, Adamya was recognized as one of the kingdoms of Encantadia. Imaw took over the leadership of Aegen to become next ruler of Adamya.

The kingdom of Hathoria lied in the North-west region of Encantadia. It was mainly covered by several mountain ranges. The volcanic mountain range in the northern region where the intensity of the heat derived from the regular volcanic ashes and flames caused the land to be lifeless and barren. As the dark fumes and cloudy smoke from the volcanic mountains surrounded the Hathoria sky, it created the scenery of a gloomy and dreary kingdom. The Hathorian harnessed these flames and used its heat to forge the metal ores into light fixtures, furniture, tools, sculpture, decorative, utensils and weapons.

The first king of Hathoria was Bartimus. He had a wife named Arachn and a son named Arvak. Hathor were loyal soldiers of Hathoria. When there were two full moons in Encantadia, the leader of Hathoria tribe would performed a ritual whereby this unique race of Hathor would spawned by multiply of the chosen Hathors in a sacred caves called Balaak.

Hathorian followed an absolute monarchy which meant the eldest son of the king was next in line to rule the kingdom. The Hathorian race was dominated by men. King Arvak married Argi-a and they had a son named Hagorn. Hagorn became the ruler of Hathoria when his father was killed by a Sapiryan Prince named Raquim in the war.

The Kingdom of Sapiro covered most of Encantadia’s northern region. Mountains filled forest occupied part of Sapiro. Sapiryan was a race dominated by men. The land was blessed with adequate precious metals ore and its soil fertile enough for crops to grow. The denizens of Sapiro were able to get their food that was plentiful from the surroundings.  Winery is the major production in Sapiro.

Royal Sapiryans were closely related to the Diwatas tribe and they have inherited the special diwata’s power of teleporting. The royal Sapiryans had the ability to heal themselves from any kind of disease and wounds. They trained skillfully in the art of swordsmanship and archery. The Sapiryans in general, were more hostile, cunning and shrewder which made them dangerous adversaries in the battlefield.

The founder and first ruler of Kingdom Sapiro was King Nahq, who established a Patriarchal Monarchy. This means the eldest son of the king is next in line to rule. King Nahq was known to be responsible for Sapiro’s rise as one of the most powerful and progressive kingdoms in Encantadia. King Nahq had three sons from his two wives. From his wife Daiazen, she bores two sons named Meno and Armeo; and his wife Erna bore him a son named Asval. Prince Armeo married to Cen-cea and they had a son named Raquim.

When King Nahq passed away, Prince Meno took the throne to become the next ruler of Sapiro. Prince Asval believed that he was destined to be the rightful King of Sapiro and in anger, banished himself from Sapiro. King Meno had a wife named Nadezhda and later she bore him a son named Armeo. Prince Armeo became the next ruler of Sapiro and with his wife, Mayne have a son named Ybrahim.

The diwata tribe resided in the western region of Encantadia. Esmeralda was the leader of this tribe and a marking of a sang'gre appeared on the back of Esmeralda when she received the Scepter of Diwata. From this day onwards, any diwata borned with a sign of a sang'gre is a royalty.

Etherian warriors attacked Queen Esmeralda to steal the Scepter of Diwata. Esmeralda managed to fend off these attacks but she sustained severe injuries. With her dying breath, she cursed that Etheria would be destroyed by a Queen of Diwata and she made her scepter to vanish and only to re-appear in the presence of Queen of Diwata.

Ornia and Memen had a child they named Cassiopea. Memen asked his brother Evades for help to take care of their daughter. Cassiopea was borned blind and she possessed the skill to see the future. Evades became her mentor and guardian. Evades used his power to hasten her speed of growth to an adult. Cassiopea declared the land of the diwatas as Lireo.  Ornia and Memen was killed by an Etherian named Animus but Animus was injured by Cassiopea and he lost the sword of Kabilan. Sapiro sent their best warriors to hunt down Animus and slay him.

These turns of events allowed the kingdom of Hathoria and Sapiro to join forces to fight against the kingdom of Etheria but Etheria with Ether by its side, proved to be too strong in every department. Cassiopea decided to ask her god, Bathala for help and surprisingly Bathala appeared to present her a mother crystal to give her the balance to fight against Etheria.

When the leaders of the resistance kingdoms placed their hands on the mother crystal, it emitted a powerful energy to annihilate anything that stood in front of them. The new weapon possessed by the allies proved to be too strong for Etheria and eventually Etherian were defeated and its kingdom utterly destroyed.

Cassiopea foreseen the abuse on the immense power of the mother crystal and she used the sword of Kabilan to smash the mother crystal into four individual crystals – fire crystal was given to Hathoria, water crystal was given to Adamya, earth crystal was given to Sapiro and wind crystal was given to Lireo. Bathala was in rage with Cassiopea on this incident and as a punishment, Cassiopea would stayed in the forest of Sapiro like a prison and she would only be free when the mother crystal became as a whole.  Mine-a became the Queen of Lireo.

As Ether unleashed her anger by destroying the land and the people in Encantadia, a few tribes co-exist together and they called themselves as Etherian. These Etherians believed Ether was a savior and Ether’s purpose of destruction was to cleanse the evilness of Encantadia. The Etherians had self-proclaimed Ether as their one and only true Bathaluman (Goddess). Ether accepted their loyalty and granted four elders with special powers. These four elders possessed with renew powers, each member was called an Heran.

Hera Andal, citadel of Etheria, was located in the middle of Etheria. This house was ruled by Xen-ma with the knowledge of healing. Xen-ma and her husband, Becan has a son and two daughters. Since it is the daughter who ruled this house and Etheria, the identity and whereabouts of their son remained unknown. As a Queen of Etheria, Queen Avria was the only person who could contacted their goddess, Ether and she had the ability to heal or infect any diseases. Queen Avria possessed the sword of Kabilan, the weapon forged to kill Diwatas.  Queen Avria and her husband had a daughter named Mine-a. 

Hera Sensa, was located west of Hera Andal. Barkus who pledged his loyalty to Ether was given the ability of telekinetic and mind-control. Barkus had two brothers named Memem and Evades. Evades roamed the forest of Sapiro and later resided in the high mountains of Sapiro. Barkus with his wife Vekta had a daughter named Andora and his second wife Nubia who passed away giving birth to his son Animus. Barkus blamed his son Animus for the death of wife Nubia and Barkus never forgave him. Andora possessed the power of telekinetic and she was able to read the mind of anyone she touched to see the recent past moments. Animus did not inherit any special powers but in the future Animus would be recognized and known as a powerful warrior in Etheria.

Hera Volo, source of Etherian warriors, was located west from the Sapiro-Etheria borders. This house was ruled by Cilatus who had the ability to manipulate the pace of time. Cilatus married the sister of Queen Avria, Lip-aya and they had a daughter named Juvila. Cilatus was the consular for the Queen of Etheria. Juvila grew up to become a skillful warrior in Encantadia and she had the ability to control time.

Hera Aega, was located south of Etheria, far from the bustling cities of Hera Andal, Hera Sensa and Hera Volo. This house was ruled by the leader of female-warriors tribes who has the ability to change the emotions of anyone they desire. As'nan the leader of this house was given youth and beauty but she only to be allow to be seen by female. As'nan always wore a veil on her face in the present of male attendance. As'nan had a daughter named Odessa. Odessa was a great archer and by using her arrows, she was able to affect the emotions of a person.

With the presence of Ether and the four Herans to the rule Etheria, Etheria became the most powerful kingdom in the dawning age of Encantadia.
